Leadership Training that Helps You Encourage Your Employees to Shine from Within

Imagine being a leader who helps people feel valued, important and highly motivated to excel.  How about leading more by doing less?

My approach to leadership training is help people inspire rather than perspire. Inspirational leadership is about learning key skills to lead others in a way that helps you and them grow.

Think of a time when you worked with a leader who was healthy and balanced; in a workplace that was positive and encouraging.  My leadership training helps you create that scenario.  I help you focus on major building blocks of leadership like self-awareness and team building so you can create a highly functional and happy workplace.

We often think of effective leadership as the ability to boss people around and give orders.  While that approach produces results in many settings, I prefer a leadership training philosophy that generates great results because the leaders know themselves and are healthy enough to get out of the way and let their employees succeed.  The more self-aware a leader is, the greater the likelihood that she will practice behaviors that lead in a positive direction.  That’s because leaders who are genuinely balanced individuals are able to set an example for others and build workplaces that promote positive behaviors.

Self-aware leaders behave like grownups and understand how to motivate people from the inside.  They get more done with less effort because they’re not stuck barking orders or working out their personal issues on their employees.  I greatly enjoy working with proactive individuals who don’t just value productivity, but also empathy and kindness.  I train people who understand that building a strong foundation of positive behaviors leads to higher functioning organizations that generate better results.

Enlightened leaders understand how to help their employees reach for the sky and propel their organization forward.  They do more by directing less and encouraging people to use their valuable talents and abilities.  My leadership training, workshops and seminars are individualized to address the needs of your organization. Examples of topics covered include:

Self-Awareness

A great leader understands his or her strengths and weaknesses and is constantly striving to be the best person possible.  I help you move beyond power and control issues to being able to inspire your employees from within themselves.
