Is your organization firmly committed to helping people build teams long-
Meaningful Interaction
Do people interact with each other on more meaningful level? Do they move past superficial conversation to really getting to know each other?
Supportive Team Members
Are people there for each other no matter what happens? Do they help each other because they genuinely care?
